Ye Gods and little fishes - that's Kohlapur! LMS Jubilee class engine! A very, very long time ago, I worked at the Tyseley Railway Museum in Birmingham, UK, where we had two main line steam locomotives - 7029 Clun Castle and 5593 Kohlapur. Clun was solid, reliable and everyone's favourite. Kohlapur was a cantankerous madam... apt to break down if you looked at her funny! Nevertheless, she did a lot of main line 'Steam Specials' services back then, and I spent a lot of time on the footplate as a fireman. We did a trip from Birmingham to Southport via Manchester for a long Bank Holiday weekend, doing a triangular route Southport -> Wigan -> Manchester several times a day, and a trip up to Carlisle on the Settle-Carlisle across the Ribblehead viaduct. So many stories about those times... happy days indeed! Nice to see the old girl again, but Sim Steam is about as far from reality as it's possible to get!

I love Verona. I visited in 2019, when I stayed at Lake Garda. The arena had lots of Egyptian props outside, from the opera Aida. I also love FS2020, and a flown a biplane from Verona up Lake Garda and back.
